Implementation

Aluminum doors are made of sheet metal up to 3 mm thick, and steel doors are made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal. The leaf of a single or double door is filled with a panel with a grille or louver of any surface. Doors are powder-coated in RAL color adapted to the facade of the station or according to the requirements of the customer.

The door is equipped with protection against self-closing and position locking when open, and has a terminal for connecting equalization connections.

The design of the ventilation louvers used in the door has IP43, which prevents the insertion of objects into the internal components with a diameter of up to 1mm.

The door leaves can be filled with mineral wool or extruded polystyrene board to reduce the noise level emitted by the equipment and to reduce excessive heating of the station during the summer.

The doors have a high resistance to damage. Door frames are made of powder-coated aluminum or steel sections. The standard door frame is aluminum or steel profile, other construction materials can be used according to the customer’s needs.
