Material
The KR-50 corner is made of high-impact black polyamide 6 for injection molding. The corner has the following mechanical and thermal properties:
- elasticity(1mm/min) – 3000 Mpa;
- tensile strength ( 50 mm/min) – 55 Mpa;
- melting point: 222 st. C;
- maximum continuous operating temperature: 70 – 90 st. C;
- maximum instantaneous operating temperature: 140 st. C;
- flammability: HB.

The KRA-50 corner is cast in top-impact aluminum:
- elasticity( 1mm/min) – 27200 Mpa;
- tensile strength- 700 Mpa;
- melting point: 900 st. C;
- maximum continuous operating temperature: 120 st. C;
- maximum instantaneous operating temperature: 250 st. C;
- flammability: none.
The corners are not subject to the process of rusting and are resistant to UV rays.
Construction
The KR-50 and KRA-50 corner are made in a way that ensures the stability of the housing structure while maintaining its lightness. The corner is a monolith with no moving parts. The corner element consists of a body with the manufacturer’s markings with three identical arms of 55 mm in length, entering the profile. The arms of the element are unfilled.
The corner has walls with a thickness of 3 to 5 mm. Varying wall thickness, contoured design and corner reinforcements have significantly increased the strength of the element. The total length is 127 mm ( body – 70 mm, arm – 57 mm).
The corner is mounted to a profile with a bending radius from 1,5 mm. Profile thickness from 1-2 mm. For panels up to 27 mm thick. Installation of the corner is carried out by applying profiles to its arms and pressing firmly against the body wall.
